Meet Dr. Garrick
With 17 years of experience, Dr. Garrick practices Holistic, Functional, and Preventative Medicine, aiming to address the root causes of diseases. He graduated from Penn State Hershey College of Medicine and completed his residency training in Family Medicine. After working as Medical Director for a Fortune 500 company, and witnessing the barriers in the traditional insurance-based model, Dr. Garrick founded METSI Care to provide the kind of care he believes his patients deserve.
His proactive approach focuses on empowering patients to prevent and heal disease, improve their quality of life, and promote longevity. He emphasizes the importance of lifestyle, mental health, and gut health in overall well-being, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
As a national speaker, he has shared his expertise at various medical conferences, and South by Southwest conference. Dr. Garrick has worked for Amazon Prime and HBO productions in Austin, TX, taking care of actors and key crew members.
In his free time, he is a freestyle home chef, and enjoys exploring restaurants, attending live music events, and engaging in activities such as running, weight lifting, and yoga.
